I am a telecoms executive and applied M&A professional, working across corporate finance, valuation and inorganic growth strategy. I originated and executed transactions and stayed with them afterwards, taking post-acquisition management, portfolio monitoring and board representation roles.
I also teach, delivering university-level lectures in classical and advanced control engineering, applied M&A and company valuation.
Value to Clients
- I advise organisations pursuing international growth through acquisitions and joint ventures, and organisations re-appraising an existing investment portfolio — much of that work carried out in politically or culturally sensitive environments.
- My value is to replace or supplement external advisers: directing in-house virtual teams of commercial, corporate finance, accounting and legal professionals to value, negotiate and complete transactions, or acting as the "intelligent client" on larger deals where an investment bank is a prerequisite.
